Double emotions explores one of the stages of grief: denial. When we’re in denial, we’re unable to act. To express this, I created analogue photo montages and in-camera double exposures to obscure and distort my sitters.

The series has been exhibited in London galleries, including the Truman Brewery, the Rag Factory and St Margaret’s House.

Double emotions esplora la fase del lutto della negazione: uno stato in cui siamo incapaci di agire. Per esprimerlo, ho realizzato fotomontaggi analogici ed esposizioni multiple direttamente nella macchina fotografica, offuscando e distorcendo i soggetti.
